Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Assistant at Geotrans Logistics located in Limassol.

The primary role of the Accounts Assistant is to support the administration team by managing daily accounting tasks and general office operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Performing general administrative duties such as maintaining office supplies.
-Monitoring debtors and creditors, sending letters, and conducting credit agreements with clients in coordination with supervisors
-Posting journal entries in the system and preparing invoices and bank payments
-Address payment issues by communicating directly with customers
-Supporting daily accounting tasks
-Collaborate with all employees within the company

REQUIREMENTS:

-Holder of LCCI Elementary Diploma or University Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or any other relevant field will be considered as an advantage
-Experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage
-Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to quickly pick-up in-house systems
-Fluent in English (verbal and written)
-Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
-Dynamic team player and willingness to take initiative, ensuring all customers’ needs are met
