We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our team. In this role, you will provide legal advice and services on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, contracts, and corporate governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on corporate legal issues, including business transactions, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with corporate laws and regulations.
- Provide legal counsel on corporate governance and risk management.
- Represent clients in legal proceedings related to corporate matters.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Law and licensed to practice in Cyprus.
- Proven experience in corporate law.
- Strong understanding of contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
- Knowledge of the Russian Language will be considered as an advantage.
